I Can't Log In
Try these steps if your email or password is not letting you into your account.
Short answer
This is usually easy to fix.
Most login problems happen because the password is wrong, the wrong email is being used, the account was not created yet, or the session expired.
What to do now
- Open the Login page.
- Enter the email you believe you used for your account.
- Enter your password carefully.
- If it still does not work, click Forgot Password?.
If you still cannot log in
- Make sure you are using the right email address.
- Look for typing mistakes.
- Check whether you may have signed up with a different email.
If that does not work
Contact support and include the email you tried, what happened on screen, and whether you already tried password reset.
