I Forgot My Password
Use the reset link from the Login page to set a new password.
Short answer
No problem.
You can reset it from the Login page.
What to do now
- Open the Login page.
- Click Forgot Password?.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your inbox for the reset email.
- Also check your spam or junk folder.
Good to know
If no account exists for that email, the reset will not help.
If that does not work
Contact support and include the email you used, whether the reset email never arrived, and whether you may have used a different email to sign up.
