I Was Charged but I Do Not See Access Yet
If you were charged but your product still looks locked, start here.
Short answer
Do not panic.
This usually means the payment went through, but your access has not finished updating yet.
What to do now
- Make sure you are signed into the same email you used at checkout.
- Refresh the page.
- Check Library or the product area again.
- If needed, sign out and sign back in.
When this should go to support
If you were charged and still do not have access after trying the steps above, this should be reviewed by a real person.
What to include in your support request
- the email used for the purchase
- what you bought
- when you were charged
- what page still looks locked
