How Do I Manage My Subscription?

Use your account settings to open subscription tools when they are available.

Short answer

You manage your subscription through your account tools.

What to do now

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to the subscription area.
  4. Click Manage Subscription if that option appears.

What you may be able to do there

  • view your subscription
  • update billing details
  • manage your plan

If you do not see the button

This may mean you are not on a subscription plan, you are in the wrong account, or your account information needs review.

If that does not work

Contact support and include your account email, whether you expected a subscription, and what you saw in the subscription section.
