I Bought the Book but I Can't Open the Library
Try these steps if you paid for the book but the library still looks locked.
Short answer
This usually means your account or purchase has not refreshed yet.
What is probably happening
- you are signed into the wrong email
- your account needs a refresh
- your access update has not shown up yet
What to do now
- Make sure you are signed into the same email you used to buy the book.
- Refresh the page.
- Open Library again.
- If needed, sign out and sign back in.
If that does not work
Contact support and include the email used for the order, what product you bought, and whether you still only see preview mode or a locked reader.
