My Download Link Is Not Working

Try a fresh protected link if your book download did not open correctly.

Short answer

This can happen if the link expired, the session changed, or the access limit was reached.

What to do now

  1. Make sure you are logged in.
  2. Return to the correct book or library page.
  3. Try opening a fresh download link from there.

Good to know

Some download links are meant to be opened through your account, not saved forever as a permanent public link.

If you have already used the link many times

You may need support help to review access.

If that does not work

Contact support and include the email on your account, what file you tried to open, and what happened when you clicked it.
