Why Am I Only Seeing Preview Access?

Preview mode usually means you are not in the full-access version yet.

Short answer

Preview access means you can look around, but full access has not opened yet.

What is probably happening

  • you are not logged in
  • you are logged into the wrong account
  • your purchase or access has not refreshed yet

What to do now

  1. Check whether you are signed in.
  2. Make sure you are using the same email used for the purchase.
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. If needed, sign out and sign back in.

Good to know

Preview mode is not always a bug. Sometimes it simply means the page is showing the public version instead of the full version.

If that does not work

Contact support and tell us what page you were on, what you purchased, and whether you were logged in.
